The ZIPLink system eliminates the normally tedious process of wiring PLC I/O to terminal blocks. Simply plug one end of a ZIPLink cable into a DirectLOGIC I/O module and the other end into a ZIPLink connector module. It’s that easy! ZIPLinks use half the space, at a fraction of the total cost of terminal blocks.
ZIPLinks are available in a variety of styles to suit your needs. Some are designed exclusively for DirectLOGIC PLCs, while others may be used with various PLC brands. ZIPLinks are available for our most popular discrete input and output PLC I/O modules. Analog and high current PLC I/O modules are not supported by ZIPLinks.
DirectLogic PLCs: Whether you want the ability to quickly wire simple point-to-point connections, or the ability to fuse, switch, or isolate your outputs, or the convenience of LED device status indication for monitoring your inputs, we have a ZIPLink module that is right for you. Most DIN-rail mountable ZIPLink modules are available in your choice of eight or sixteen-channel versions, in either 24 VDC or 110 VAC voltages.
Other PLC brands: Use ZIPLink "pigtail" cables and connector modules to wire to most brands of PLCs or controllers. These cables are supplied with a "plug and play" connector on one end, and an unwired, color-coded wire bundle on the other end for user connection to the PLC or controller terminal block.
D-subminiature connectors: For PLCs, controllers, operator interfaces, or other devices utilizing D-subminiature connectors, we now have standard ZIPLink cables and connector modules in 9, 15, and 25-pin male/female configurations for fast, convenient wiring. |

Fused Modules
Fuse modules provide fuse protection for PLC output devices. The 8 and 16-point fuse modules include replaceable fuses and protective safety covers. Use with DL05/06/205/305/405 PLCs. Commons are not isolated on ZL-CM16TF1 and

AC & DC Powered Relay Modules
Our DC-powered relay modules provide isolation, switch high current (10A) loads, are offered in 8 or 16 points, and include diode protection to prevent voltage spikes at the relay coil from damaging connected PLC I/O modules. Modules mount on 35 mm DIN rail part#DN-R35S1.

Relay Sockets

LED Modules
LED/sensor modules provide simple and logical termination for 3-wire sensors or other devices. These modules offer visual LED indication of device input status for quick troubleshooting. The LED/sensor modules are available in 120V AC or 24V AC/DC in 8 or 16-point versions, and offer extra termination points for daisychaining multiple modules. Communication Adapter Modules
Communication adapter modules eliminate the hassle associated with connecting crimp or solder connectors to PLC communication ports. The communication adapters offer fast and convenient screw terminal connections for DL06/250(-1)/260/350/450 PLCs. A DIP switch allows you to select between RS-232, RS-422, and DirectLOGIC Remote I/O. The 15-pin version, compatible with the DL06, D2-250(-1), and D2-260, offers power, transmit, and receive LED indicators to simplify and speed diagnostics and troubleshooting. Our transorb diode modules are 8-channel devices to suppress counterelectromotive force (CEMF) generated by switching inductive loads such as air solenoids, contactors, motor starters, interposing relays, etc., which can cause unexpected PLC system shutdown.
